L1/L2 Support - App Dynamics, Splunk wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in a relevant area
- Expertise in a similar position
- Strong practical know-how in ControlM, Splunk, Unix, ShellScripting, PL/SQL
- Solid IT background with excellent communication and organization skills
- Languages: fluent German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing tickets and communicating with users, business and other stakeholders
- Handling user issues and routine incidents
- Monitoring the health of online services and batches
- Supporting the team in incident analysis and defect fixing
- Maintaining database application in an analytics environment along with efficient troubleshooting in collaboration with technicians of different teams
