For a long-term project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior QA Test Manager - Credit Risk / IMM (4674)
As the QA Test Manager on the Internal Model Method (IMM) program you will work closely together with the IMM core project management team on both the IT and CRO change streams. You will also work with the engineering teams and project management teams on each application impacted by IMM.
Your Qualifications:
-Basics understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk and willingness to understand CCR in more detail
-Excellent knowledge of SIT, OAT, Regression, Non Functional, UAT
-5+ years’ experience working with Portfolio Management Systems in the area of Test Management, Test Engineering and Change Management including DevOps
-Good working knowledge in Software Quality Management, Business Process Engineering, Banking and Financial sector and Regulatory requirements
-Good knowledge of data controls and quality including reconciliations
-Experience with test automation
-Experience working in an international and highly complex environment with a high level of cultural awareness
Your Responsibilities:
-Analyse the IMM test requirements front-to-back, focusing specifically on regulatory reporting requirements
-Assist the version and any new builds(during application roll-outs and for any future enhancements and integrations planned)
-Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding change management, problem and incident management
-Release and UAT coordination with the business stakeholders including release notes and test reporting
-Manage and facilitate the creation of IMM specific use case tests
-Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies
-Preparation/review of test plans / schedules / reports
-Minimizing budget expenditure on tests
