Employee in team DEM (Delivery Environment Management) with profound financial knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 3-5 years' experience working in a relevant test environment coordination with structured and accurate task handling approach
- In-depth knowledge around operations of heterogeneous IT environments along with deep understanding of financial services (banking)
- Profound knowledge of Mainframe, job scheduling tools and MS Office as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Process oriented mind-set with the ability to keep an overview and to set priorities even in stressful situations
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Performing daily service operation checks for the end of day processes, system and applications checks and communicating the status on the DEM SharePoint
- Coordinating and executing all job actions on the system test environment as well as providing regular and timely updates on system test and education environment issues
- Being responsible for the 1st level analysis of job errors along with publishing information about current and upcoming test or training limitations on the DEM SharePoint portal
- Coordinating the resolution of environment issues, managing test environment reservations and capacity, and planning and coordinating data refreshes or restoring of data
- Assisting in the projects at test data management and test case execution planning and configuration as well as synchronising with other IT services
- Planning access and profiles for all users on the system test and education environments
