For our client, a leading company on the market in its sector and based in Zuchwil, we are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Application Development & Support; Primary Tasks and responsibilities
- Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting
- Support the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution)
- Issue Scripting guidelines
- Coordinate the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications
- Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity
- Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects
- Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities
Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science
- Advanced course work in technical systems
- Continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks
- Language proficiencies: - English spoken and written
