FTTX Technical Leader - Fibre/Swisscom/FTTS/FTTB/FTTH/Engineer/Service Delivery/Copper Access Network/Telecoms/Telco
My international ICT client is looking for a FTTX Technical Leader with Fibre/Swisscom/FTTS/FTTB/
FTTH/Engineer/Service Delivery/Copper Access Network/Telecoms experience working in Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will be either German/French (+ English) speaking with experience working in the telecoms industry as a fibre/FTTX engineer, ideally with Operators like Swisscom/Sunrise/UPC.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for monitoring the progress and quality of project implementation from and End-to-End perspective.
2. To understand the customer requirement and fully understand the project SOW (Scope of Work).
3. To increase the project efficiency by defining and optimising the technical solution.
4. To be responsible for the E2E (End-to-End) cycle of the project and resolve any issues or problems occurred with the project.
5. To report to clients and stakeholders of project progress and updates.
6. To technically supervise subcontractors for the overall project implementation.
7. To be involved and understand the High/Low Level design.
Requirements:
1. Must be Fluent in German/French + English.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Civil Engineering of relevant subjects
3. 3+ years work experience in the fields of FTTX (FTTS, FTTB, FTTH)
4. Familiar with Optical/Copper Access Network, in the technical aspects, relevant tools and knowledge.
5. Experience in previously working in Swisscom in the FTTX project is a BIG PLUS.
