Project:You are responsible for the conception, testing and realization of CISCO UC-based customer solutions. In addition, you are responsible for the integration of the solutions in the customer environment and the release management. They adopt technical subproject lines, configure the solution in the system and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skill:
-Minimum 5+ years of Experience Required as System Engineer
-Creation of detail designs and specifications for the customer solution
-Take over the technical responsibility for the successful realization of the customer solutions
-Implementation and integration of the customer solution
-CISCO UC, which is called "Applications", "Call Control", "Collab Edge" and "Conferencing"
-Planning, evaluating, migrating, developing/implementing, configuring and testing customer solutions and transferring systems to productive operations
-Analyzing faults and faults; Initiate and monitor measures to Remedy them
-Maintenance of systematic documentation (architectural description, feasibility analysis, requirements analysis, etc.)
Certifications: CCNP or CCIE (other Cisco Certifications also preferred)
Conditions:
-Excellent knowledge in the implementation of Cisco UC networks and Unified Communications as well as messaging (CCNP certification mandatory) is indispensable.
-Scripting or programming experience is also an advantage.
-Good conceptual and analytical skills, you can always present the ideal solution to our customers.
-Strong teamwork and assertiveness round off your profile.
Education: For this challenging work, you will be required to have a technical background (usually with an FH or university degree).
