For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedServiceNow Specialist - Implementation Manager(4606)
Your Qualifications:
-Configuration/maintenance/design knowhow with ServiceNow
-ITIL understanding mandatory
-Technical background – general understanding of Application, Server, Network
-Experience as developer / engineer is an advantage
-Fluent in German and English
Your Responsibilities:
-Drive the ServiceNow Implementation across the company and all processes
-Review the API implementation and coordinate the fixing of bugs
-Implement configuration management upload and update with the Cloud Service Provider
-Support to define release procedures with the Cloud Service Provider
-Review Operations Manual and bring up to standard required
-Support in the reporting initiative
-Support to understand, review and define all required SLAs
-Support review Security incident management process in ServiceNow
