For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Program Manager - User Experience (4585)

The department you will act in is situated in the Global Marketing & Brand Communications, which is within the CEO office. The Digital Marketing & Communications team is part of this corporate function. The project is focusing on re-doing the User Experience for the Swiss market with focus on private clients.

Your Qualifications:

-10+ years working experience as a Program & Project Manager in an agile environment, preferably in the banking area
-High affinity for UX Projects and experienced in running similar bigger programs in the past, preferably with corporate website
-User Experience project experience with strong Stakeholder/Senior Mgmt knowhow
-Proven track record in Projects and Programs within corporate Websites
-Good communications skills in English (oral/written), German is an asset

Your Responsibilities:

-Run Projects within UX Program - First focus is to ensure a project for the Swiss market re-doing the UX, Content and Design is launched in January
-There will be additional UX Projects kicked off for other areas of the business or other segments like corporates or careers - those Projects need to be initiated and managed
-Stakeholder Management and Change Management is important as there will be quite a bit of business education needed
