Transmission Optimisation Engineer
Main responsibilities
- Transmission & Mobile Network Performance Analysis, KPI analysis, Issue root cause analysis
- Problem/Issue Tracking & Resolve with the cooperation of operational departments
- Transmission project delivery tracking
- Perform transport network audits
Desired Skills and Experience
- Good skills on understanding transport & mobile network performance KPIs.
- Several years of experience of working in ISP/Telco networks as Transmission/MW/RAN Planning/Optimization Engineer or similar roles.
- Good skills on MW Transmission technologies and products. (Huawei product knowledge is plus)
- Good skills in IP protocols and technologies (CCNA/JNCIA level)
- Good skills on troubleshooting/alarm analysis, network data collection.
- Experience in documentation tools (Cramer and similar) and experience in network documentation
- Experience in network design tools is a benefit to have. Or Willing to improve himself on this area.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English
- Swiss or EU Citizenship. Eligible to work in Switzerland.
