Main Responsibilities:
- Skype for Business troubleshooting
- Support, implementation and troubleshooting of Skype-related products (eg Luware Team Manager, Luware Presence Assistant, Verba)
- Implementation, support and troubleshooting of Exchange unified messaging Servers
- Implementation of an Exchange 2016 test environment
Required Skills:
- Several years of experience in Lync/Skype for Business and MS Exchange 2010
- Several years of experience in installation, configuration, testing and operations of Lync/Skype for Business and MS Exchange infrastructure
- Rich experience in Windows Server and Active Directory, as well as Windows high availability concepts
- Skills in PowerShell Scripting language
- Deep knowledge of the Skype/Lync and the Lync Group Chat clients, as well as MS Exchange and the MS Outlook client
- Ability to work in large IT projects
- Experience with large companies and complex IT infrastructure, preferably in the finance industry
- Very good troubleshooting skills
- Good documentation skills
- Fluent English, German skills desired
