Consol Partners client are an international financial consultancy who have a large 2 year program with a Swiss Bank, they are looking for the following:
The Role:
- Identify and lead stakeholders
- Carry out situation analysis (actual state processes, systems, weaknesses, documenting), elaboration of target state processes, GAPs and coordination with stakeholders
- Detect, evaluate and communicate risks
- Identify, analyze, document, validate requirements at various levels from customer requirements to SW specification (various stakeholders) by applying appropriate techniques
- Co-defining, evaluating SW solutions for system extensions (interfaces, user interface) in collaboration with IT architecture
- Prepare tests (test concept, test cases, data), carry out/accompany, document
- Plan, carry out, estimate project effort, prepare inputs for quotations,

- Analytical thinking
- Identify conflicts, mediate between parties, resolve conflicts
- Conduct, conduct, record interviews, meetings, workshops
- Confident, confident and make decisions
- Professional communicate in writing and orally at all levels
- German in spoken and written (afterwards English, French, Italian)
Experience/Education:
- Candidate has several years of hands-on experience in the field of banking creation/trading, in particular in-depth process know-how from contract acquisition, through trade, delivery, processing, positioning, evaluation, monitoring
- Varieties/precious metal also physical money and precious metal supply
o Foreign exchange
o Money Market - Shares CH/abroad
o Bonds/Funds - Training in Business Informatics, Requirement Engineering, Project Management at Bachelor or Master Level
IT knowledge:
- Several years of practical experience in banking IT (support, maintenance, system development)
- System skills in the area of creation/trade acc.
- Top advantage over B + S, GLOX
