For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman speaking Request Manager - JIRA (4516)
The global program GDPR now enters the phase where the analysis in the location, departments and business areas will generate the corresponding requests to the IT.
Your Qualifications:
-5+ years' experience in Banking/Financial Services as a Request Manager / IT Business Manager
-Solid experience in request management and large-scale organizational request processes
-Experience and knowledge of request management principles, methodologies and tools (Jira)
-Knowledge in agile methodologies
-Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
-A team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
-Fluent in English, any other language skill is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
-Plan and manage the different request approval meetings
-Track requests throughout the entire lifecycle & report issues
-Manage requests with different providers
-Support IT project leader with dashboards and reports
