For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedJunior 2nd level Supporter - Data Analysis Applications (4508)
The ideal candidate will be working in Group Analytics team. The team is responsible for providing 2nd level IT Support in the Incident, Problem and Request Management space for a broad portfolio of analytical applications and such has to ensure a stable production environment while also pursuing the challenge of continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications:
- 2+ years exprience in a similar role, preferabely wihtin banking environment - know the business needs of Data and understand their banking-related transformation and storage
- Familiar with Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)
- Experience in Data Warehouse concepts and architecture
- Knowledge of design and implementation of analytical platforms (ODS, DHW, DM) and understanding of analytical processing, data movements and extract processing
- Understandind of Meta Data and Data Extract Processing for Visualization (Reports and Cube)
- Experience in data analysis and in-depth knowledge with database technologies such as SQL, ETL, data transformation, data loading, data mining as well as working experience with IBM DB2 and AIX operating system
- Experience in coding Unix Shell/AWK-programming to manipulate Data on Databases like DB2
Your Responsibilities:
- 2nd Level Support for different analytical applications
- Provide general administrative, technical and professional support to enclients and teammembers
- Troubleshoot and collaborate efficiently with technicians and business analyst of different teams
- Maintain and document different data warehouse applications
