Harvey Nash is looking for a Request-to-Pay (R2P) Solution Center Specialist (1st level support) for a 12 month project in Switzerland.
You are responsible for
* Acting as Subject Matter Expert for managing stakeholder requests
* Managing calls from suppliers and associates related to invoice and payment inquiries and resolve requests raised by e-mail
* Ensuring timely resolution of requests in high quality within agreed response time (3 workdays)
* Supporting Request-to-Pay service with the aim to assure efficient and correct request/issue handling
Requirements
* Experience: 1- 2 years in "Shared services" OR "customer service"
* Education and/or additional experience as Accountant in Accounts Payable
* English and Portuguese/Spanish language skills
