Digital Workplace/Office 365 Consultant
Experis Switzerland is searching for a Digital Workplace/Office 365 consultant with solid experience with Digital Workplace experience to join one of our clients, a global company based in Zurich. This exciting opportunity is only open to candidates with fluent English who have relevant experience in a global environment. Location: Zurich,Switzerland
Duration: 6 months contract (100 % onsite)
The role: You will play a key role in managing and evolving architectural topics in the workplace domain at our client's site, and contribute to shaping their digital workplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Elaborate and document current and target state workplace architectures
- Drive an Office productivity suite strategy
- Contribute to evolving and consolidating File Management practices
- Support assessment of workplace device form factors and workplace computing setups
- Validate specialist proposals made for communication and collaboration technologies and their integration with Office productivity suite
What technical background do you bring with you?
- Experience in migration to Office 365
- In-depth knowledge of other office productivity suites(Google, others..)
- Solid understanding and track record of working with Office 365 (on premise and cloud); understanding of server-based components and impact of Office 365.
- Solid understanding of file management best practices
- Knowledge of Citrix ShareFile, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of client/workplace computing technology options and trends
Soft skills:
- Can describe architecture options, elicits pros and cons, speak in non-IT jargon and support decision making.
- Keep abreast of new trends in workplace technologies and integrate them into solutions.
- You are vendor neutral and have a great understanding of the digital workplace landscape and solutions.
- You love working in a global environment with distributed teams.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is a must. If you speak German or French, this will make your profile stronger!
