NOC Back Office (BO) Support Engineer - Trouble

A NOC Back Office Support Engineer is NEEDED! My international telecoms client is looking for a Network Operation Center/NOC Back Office Support Engineer with good experience with troubleshot customer troubleticket/trouble ticket, Router, Switches, monitor and maintain the operation status of fixed data network providing 24/7 support, to be based in Zurich of Switzerland in an English working environment.
The best ideal candidate would be fluent in English and German with good experience as a NOC Support Engineer, familiar with Cisco, Juniper and Huawei equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide Monitoring and Maintenance to the network to sure the operational status of the network;
2. To provide troubleshooting to customer trouble tickets, and testing and diagnostics support to the fixed data network;
3. To provide stand-by services, 24/7 on call, for the technical assistance and support of the operation of the network.
Requirements:
1. Good understanding of the fixed data network architecture
2. CCNA/CCNP/CCIE
3. English working environment. Fluent in English. German is a PLUS
4. Familiar with the vendor equipment of Cisco, Juniper, Huawei
5. Preferably 5+ years of experience in fixed data network Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
6. Experience in O&M department or Managed services from top tier operators is a PLUS
