Systems Administrator Skype for Business CMR with wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years of experience in supporting a complex Microsoft Lync UC environment including Scripting skills (PowerShell)
- Exceptional Microsoft Lync and Enterprise Voice design and operation experience, preferably with Lync 2013 or Skype for Business as well as Lync Client and Server experience and the ability to generate Lync reports
- Familiarity with Verba 8, Avaya Session Manager and CISCO VCS
- Confidence with ACME Packet SBCs and Knowledge of enterprise WAN concepts, load balancing and hardware components
- Adequate knowledge and experience in supporting technologies like: Exchange 2010 and Active Directory
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
Your tasks:
- Deploying and configuring Skype for Business Compliance Media Recording (CMR)
- Guaranteeing and encouraging the quality, reliability, capacity, performance and configuration of the regional/global Lync Enterprise Voice estate
- Managing and deploying the instrumentation required to actively run the service reliability and quality as well as the integration of Lync with Exchange (Unified Messaging) and Video Conferencing platform (Cisco)
- Troubleshooting the end to end infrastructure including compliance stack (Actiance and Verba) as well as Providing 2nd level support to other departments
- Reviewing CDR and QoE reports to manage service quality and end user experience
