Citrix System Administrator wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Ability to manage a global Citrix, VMware and remote access Infrastructure
- In-depth experience and profound knowledge of Citrix
- Good knowledge of Windows Server
- Competency of installing and supporting remote access Gateways via Netscaler and Juniper
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Guaranteeing 3rd level support including change implementation of enterprise class remote computing solutions
- Responding and providing support to escalations from level 1 and 2 support teams
- Following established procedures and processes to ensure that Audit and Regulatory requirements are met, this includes safeguarding company standards and procedures including security and change control
- Participating in projects and providing design and implementation plans to respective stakeholders according to project requirements
