Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Cutover Manager for our client in Switzerland.
Cutover Manager, required for an initial 18 months project in Switzerland.
Required
* Experience in an ITSM solution rollout on a large scale/global organization
* Familiarity with ITSM processes (eg ITIL)
* Ability to communicate confidently with senior IT stakeholders
* Experience in coordinating cutover activities of a wide team of stakeholder, functional and technical experts
* Lifescience/Pharma knowledge is an add-on (especially GxP/validation/CSV)
* Service Now knowledge would be perfect
