For a long term project at our client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedJava Developer with strong Oracle skills and offshore experience (4199)
You will be responsible for the coordination of the off shore teams and you must handle tight timelines.
Your Qualifications:
-7+ years of Java development experience
-7+ years of Oracle 10/11g experience
-7+ years of SQL experience
-Off Shore Coordination is a must
-Java development with Eclipse under Windows for a Unix target system
-JSF, EJB, Spring-Batch and exposure to MQ and Web services
-Knowledge and effective use of Maven and Ant and SVN
-Expert in Software Engineering and Software Design
-Leadership and People Management skills is a must
-Oracle Business Intelligence experience is a plus
-Team City and Jenkins experience would be a big plus
About the role:
-Off-Shore coordination
-Integration of implemented Work-Packages into application
-2nd/3rd level Support for several applications
-Implementation of the application components using Java SE and Java EE
-Support Analysis and Design of the application architecture and its components
-Ensure expected code quality
-Bug fixing and deployments
-Participation in integration and user acceptance testing
-Ensure that common standards, processes and tools are adopted across all deliverables
-Ensure the creation of adequate documentation
-High dedication to quality of his deliverables
