I am looking for a HRIS business analyst with workday experience.
Background
The engagement of the Business Analyst will be within the HR Connect project. HR Connect is about the implementation of a new HR business solution powered by the cloud-based technology of Workday, which will support the professional management and development of the client employees.
Tasks
Supporting in the development of HR business process framework
Coordinating HR business process design activities with responsible subject matter experts
Analysing and documenting dedicated HR business processes with cross-functional responsibilities
Supporting and coordinating in preparation of end-to-end system testing
Contributing in the delivery of end-to-end system testing by taking on responsibility for specific test scenarios
Requirements
Extensive project experience in requirements specification and testing
HR project and/or process background as well as Workday knowledge ideal
Ability to move in an interdisciplinary and ambitious environment
Affinity to technology
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Independent and accurate working style
Committed, assertive and communicative personality
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project)
Fluent in English (oral and written)
