MDM Consultant - Remote - 100%
If you are a Master Data Management Consultant with Informatica and Data projects background, then you are THE person we looking for!
This very exciting opportunity is a remote position planned to as soon as possibleuntil the 31st of December 2018 for one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in Basel.
Background:
The project is about implementation of a master data management platform for the logistics department using Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica DQ and Informatica Business Glossary. Initial scope will be for Materials/Products data and later extended to other areas.
We are looking for a professional experienced MDM consultant who has profound experience with data projects and at least two projects done for MDM designs and implementation.
- Start date: ASAP (latest start: 30.04.2017)
- End date: expected 31.12.2018
- Work location: Offsite/remote
- Workload: 100%
- Travelling: Travel abroad is not planned yet but possible (probably 2 times per year for a workshop + probably 2 times to Basel)
Tasks:
- Primary role would be as a MDM Expert developer and ability to write functional specs, develop IDD code, perform Hub DB modelling independently.
- Also do development of Java based UIs for other project aspects.
Qualifications:
- years of experience with Data projects
- +7 years of Java development
- 4 years of doing business and functional analysis activities
- 8 years of experience with Informatica MDM
- At least 2 projects done for large MDM design and implementations
- Experience in HP ALM for requirement and test case maintenance.
- Exposure to design Hub DB model similar to Material Module/Customer/Vendor module of SAP
- Hands on experience with version 9.6 of MDM Hub
- Hands on experience implementing design and integration of workflow inside MDM Hub
- Hands on experience with IDD design and development.
- Experience with Java user exit development for IDD
Nice to Have:
+++ Experience in Informatica toolset (Power Center)
++ Experience in other Master Data Management tools (SAP)
++ pharma client experience
