For our client, a private bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Trust Administrator to actively support administratively the Trust Officers in their daily work until 31.12.2017.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening of Bank Accounts, physical files and opening and closing of mandates in the data system (ViewPoint)
- Assistance in preparation of annual administrative reviews as well as of payment instructions and resolutions, Filing and scanning of documents
- Support Trust Officers in project work and other administrative tasks
Ideal Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in Trust Business, as well as STEP qualified or in process
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of trust specific databases such as ViewPoint
- Good oral and written English skills, every other language being an advantage
