Junior 2nd Level supporter
6 months contract job in Zurich
Our client is a global leading bank based in Zurich. They are currently searching a junior 2nd level supporter for a contract job.
Your role
Do you have a knack for technology? Are you at your best when supporting others? We're looking for someone like that to:
- support the Security IT Support Team Hub Switzerland
- uphold high standards for timely issue resolution
- contribute to the successful rollout of the new Smartcard solution
- handle ticketing tool
- support incident management
Your team
You'll be working in the Security IT Support CH team in Zurich. Our role is to support the Rollout of the new Smartcard solution. We help by producing the Smartcards.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- IT background (IT apprenticeship)
- experience with incident management
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
You are:
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Databases, Certificates Management, LDAP, AD, Security knowledge
- organized and detail oriented
- adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills (you have the human touch)
- able to work flexible hours, when needed
- motivated, self-directed and driven
- German/English is a must
