PMO with profound MS Office knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Several years of experience working as a PMO
- Expertise with Microsoft Office
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Responding to user inquiries (Email, Phone) as well as proceeding Milestone papers processes
- Keeping record of new processes if required along with providing 2nd Level support for ProTime application
- Assisting the Head PMO in monthly updates of IT organization chart as well as supporting the CIO office team in ad-hoc projects
- Opening/closing ProTime for month end processing and following up on late bookings
