For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman Speaking Business Engineer - Output Management (4317)
Our client is replacing its Legacy Output Management System. Vendors to go into the next phase of the RFP process have already been chosen. We are looking for a senior business and requirement engineer to shadow this process and give input from a process and subject matter perspective.
Your Qualifications:
-Degree in Computer Science and/or Business Analysis / Requirements Engineeringing
-Strong experience in analysis of complex business domains (preferably infrastructure domains)
-Knowledge of RFP process and defining Operating Models (Software as a Service)
-Business Case Management, Output Management / Customer Communication Domain (Records Management)
-Knowledge about Customer Communication, Output Management a/o Document / Records Management
-Strong analytics, conceptual and communication skills
-Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
About the role:
-Support Business in defining Target Operating Model (TOM)
-Derive Requirement List, Service Catalogue
-Define RFP questionnaire and according acceptance criteria
-Support definition of Target IT Model (TIM) – aligned with vendor’s guidelines / demand
-Test and evaluate POC result
-Contribute in RFP evaluation and selection process
-Support business case adjustments and budget request for integration project
-Support communication and stakeholder management
