For a 12 month project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman speaking Infrastructure Service & Delivery Manager - UNIX, Windows, DB (4191)
In this role you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure Services across the global bank. You'll need to collaborate with a number of technical groups which include Systems Integration, IT Risk, Strategy & Architect, Operations, and Networks.
Your Qualifications:
-5 years combined IT Infrastructure Service or Delivery experience within baking enviroment
-Experience in IT Infrastructure Technology across multiple platforms like Windows, UNIX, Database, Storage, Web Services or Networks
-Hands-on experience within Service Delivery
-Leadership quality with the ability to influence and provide clear guidance on their deliverables
-Ability to translate business and organizational contexts to infrastructure requirements
-Avid consumer of technology and possess a thorough understanding of the value of technology
-Strong mindset on continuous improvement of our product and service quality
-Demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability in providing end-to-end service delivery
-Negotiate and facilitate conflict resolution with supplier teams
-Outstanding documentation, organization, and problem solving skills
-Fluent in English and Upper-intermediate in German (oral/written)
Your Responsilities:
-Deliver medium/high complexity Infrastructure Services to the consumers from initiation to checkout and delivery. Platform includes Linux, Windows, Database, Web Services, Storage, and Virtual Machines
-Confirm scope across CTO, defines implementation approach, track milestones and manage delivery risks & issues
-Manage multiple simultaneous global initiatives, provide day to day support of our delivery services to meet our service level agreements
-Produce delivery plans, minutes, status reports, KPIs, and risk logs
-Communicate with stakeholders and clients at different levels of the organization on status and risks
-Build a trusted partnership with our clients, ensure timely delivery of IT solutions aligned to the client’s requirements while supporting the strategic objectives of the organization
-Support our clients and users with their delivery requests through the ServiceNow Ordering Platform
-Maintains quality of service by supporting and adhering to organizational standard operating procedures
