Senior IT Project Manager / Scrum Master - Policy & Claims (4274)

Your Qualifications:

- 4 or more years of experience in managing IT projects, with a proven track record of delivery
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, managing multiple relationships to other projects
- Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment
- Strong planning skills
- Fluent in English and German

The IT Project Manager will oversee projects in the 1 Mio to 2 Mio range, all in the policy and claims area. Insurance background or Financial Services is essential. Start date is mid-April (latest).

Your Responsibilities:

- Act as the SCRUM Master
- Select appropriate processes required to meet the project objectives
- Adapt to and apply different delivery methodologies including Scrum and Waterfall
- Establish and maintain appropriate communication and engagement with stakeholders
- Balance the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result
- Determine quality policies, objectives, and responsibilities so that the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken and the project requirements, including product requirements, are met and validated
- Ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information to enable effective decision making and ensure successful project outcomes
- Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling risk on a project to increase the likelihood and impact of positive events, and decrease the likelihood and impact of negative events in the project
