Job Description:
- Exciting position as an Incident Manager for the Portfolio Advisory & Monitoring applications at Credit Suisse
- Responsible for the 3rd level support for several strategic applications including close collaboration with various development teams, 1st/2nd level support, and CTO organization
- Ability to support the development team in defect fixing, incident analysis and production status reports
- Monitor the application status in the production environment
- Analytics on user behavioral and KPI reporting
