Beschreibung

Facility Manager with profound Testing and Project Management knowledge wanted for our client in the pharmaceutical sector located in Schaffhausen.

Your experience / skills:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Industrial Management, ideally a Master of Science in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in facilities engineering, within a medical device and / or pharmaceutical company. Preferably, 5 years' experience in Facilities Engineering Management with construction project experience
  • Project management experience in leading cross-functional large-scale projects with an understanding of HSE processes and services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong managerial and organizational skills with deep knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, etc.)
  • Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Maintaining general facility assets, recapitalizing and improving projects, as well as coordinating overall facility modifications, additions and alterations
  • Ensuring appropriate support for production by leading equipment maintenance (1 employee) and tool shop operations (2 employees)
  • Overseeing facility asset maintenance activities and business relations with involved third parties
  • Planning and executing large scale projects across various disciplines to reduce product costs, increase capacity, achieve schedule attainment while developing and supervising within budget
  • Ensuring that future needs of facility are met by forecasting and performing proactively as well as building and protecting property loss
  • Providing classic Industrial Engineering to implement new equipment and techniques and lead projects regarding Supplier Acceptance Test (SAT), Field Acceptance Test (FAT), DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ
  • Studying and proposing plant layout / facility redesign for an integrated efficient operation and space optimization; realizing up to $1M facility projects
  • Establishing good relationships with local authorities and stakeholders related to the property
  • Organizing the first line support including internal and external service stand-by for technical alerts and emergency situations
