FIXED NETWORK SERVICE ENGINEER
Job Summary:
The job consists of testing a list of different CPE's vendor, running on ADSL, ADSL2+,VDSL2 and Vectoring technologies.
Troubleshoot complex issues on the asymmetrical lines, good knowledge of XDSL line parameters.
Very high skills in CPE testing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Fulfil successfully the compatibility test for every CPE vendor.
- Establish on the lab networking environment, according with the customer's requirement.
- Experience on the lab environment and laboratory testing tools such as noise generator
- Directing equipment testing, defining, documenting and enforcing service validation;
- Definition of standard external & internal procedures for Access Network Planning based on customer requirements, especially consider the offshore delivery
- External and internal interface for project coordination
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical configuration and support service to our customers independently or jointly with the technical support team
- Provide training to customers, subcontractors or service partners

- Complete the CPE list validation successfully according to the defined customer's documentation (test cases).
- Test result delivered to the customer on time
