We have an immediate need for an HRIS Consultant ideally with Workday experience for a long term assignment in Geneva.
- At least 3 years' experience in HR/IS projects and support, in an international environment
- Able to learn, understand, and apply new concepts & HRIS solutions (especially in SaaS mode)
- Experience in working in a global and complex environment, solution oriented
- Experience in process, specification, test, training material design, large data volume management
- Strong analytical skills
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently, flexible during times of change
- Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, to take decision in a significant pressure environment
- Highly organized, rigorous, structured, responsive, positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (English/French)
- Support the global HRIS solution (IRIS/Workday) to ensure good usage, adoption and data quality.
- Handle incidents, researches, reports and corrects any issues with regard to users and day to day operations of countries in designated region.
- Work with infrastructure and IS teams to ensure services are operational for our clients and that integrations are monitored
- Collaboratively define, implement and enhance detailed change requests and new projects, by participating to the change request board
- Define test scenarios and execute tests to reach excellence of new change requests and new version
Mandatory Requirements
- 3 years' experience in HRIS support should be ok (especially a Workday experience)
- This is mainly Level 1 support
- Workday functional and technical skills
- They can imagine a very senior HRIS support profile without Workday experience
- Fluent English is mandatory
