For an international global bank in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated senior professional to take up the following challenge as a Senior Service Delivery Manager GERMAN/ENGLISH.
Job Description
- Drive the Life Cycle Management of the infrastructure supporting the client in identifying risks as well as planning mitigations and strategies
- Provide business partners with a global standardized information technology infrastructure
- Deliver innovative front to back technology infrastructure solutions
- Act as interface between Business (clients, stakeholders) and IT
- Lead and coordinate service coverage across many regions
- Maintain infrastructure stability and manage operational risk
- Drive the optimization of the cloud infrastructure
- Ensure high application production service
- Act as single point of contact for all issues regarding infrastructure and architecture standards
- Provide consultancy and support to all partners for life cycle procedures, costs, service deliverables
- Develop a roadmap which ensures efficient utilization of a resilient and secure infrastructure landscape whilst reducing the total cost of ownership
- Ensuring a punctual delivery of infrastructure solutions aligned with the CTO strategy and the company cost reduction targets
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in IT (MUST)
- >7 years of experience as IT Service Manager/Project Delivery Manager for a financial institution
- Solid experience in an Infrastructure Service role
- Excellent IT infrastructure knowledge across multiple platforms: Windows, Linux, Database, Storage and Web-Services
- Broaden IT knowledge including IT System Design and IT Architecture
- Previous experience in a global organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak to business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and German (MUST)
Contract Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months+
- Rate: CHF 800/day all inclusive
