For one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are currently looking for a Risk Officer to support the regular staff of the Suitability Competence Centre on an 80% project involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide front and advisory units with questions related to suitability
- Support the staff of the Suitability Competence Centre in daily tasks, as well as in implementing or improving new rules and in other projects related to the Centre
- Update content of the Suitability Competence Centre Intranet page
- Support information provision, requirements development and maintenance within the suitability framework of the bank
- Help the development of a suitability monitoring framework
Ideal Profile:
- Previous experience within any of the following areas - consumer protection, suitability, supervision, compliance
- Good understanding of banking processes and workflows
- Experience in a similar function, previous commercial employee apprenticeship
- Reliable and persistent personality
- Client and service oriented
- Fluent German and English - written and spoken; French would be a plus
