This contract requires German and English.

Hotline 2nd Level Support und Ticket abarbeitung, lösen von Problemen im Firewall-Umfeld, Umsetzen von Firewall Aufträgen

- Skill level Level 2 (Professional)
- Abgänge im Team temp. Ersatz für (daily Business) FW
- Project description: betrifft kein Projekt, temp. Unterstützung im Team für "daily Business"
We are looking for candidates with:
- Betriebserfahrung - notwendig
- CheckPoint Firewall - notwendig
- CheckPoint VPN - erwünscht
- Deutsch in Wort + Schrift notwendig
- Englsch in Wort + Schrift notwendig
- Fortinet Firewall - notwendig
- ITIL - erwünscht
- NAT-Rule - Erfahrung notwendig
- REMEDY/ITSM8 notwendig
