Beschreibung

Project background:

The project is the EMEA regional implementation of a Shared Service Centre (SSC) for IT User Services (Incident and Requests). The project is part of a global program, and will have touch points with other regions in addition to the primary region EMEA focus. The impacted countries in EMEA will transfer the 1st level Support into the new SSC Budapest. The role will be responsible for Stakeholder Analysis and associated Change Management and Communications Plans within region EMEA in partnership with respective IT organizations across countries. The primary expected deliverable objectives are to ensure high stakeholder engagement (including IT Service Desk agents)morale, sustain maintain the high end users satisfaction, and ensure that business stakeholders and End Users successfully transition into the future state using right support support channels in the right way (eg Self Service Portal, Phone, Chat, Face-to-face Walk-in, etc).

What we are looking for:

- We are looking for a person who has profound experience with PROSCI in two or more organizational change management projects. A rigorous attention to deal and methodical approach is essential to success.

- A key expectation is that this role delivers the right messages to the right groups, using the right media at the right time. The role should keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, resulting in positive influence to the organizational change, whilst proactively identifying new challenges and opportunities that can be addressed by the ongoing Communications Plan.
Task and responsibilities (all in accordance with the PROSCI - ADKAR methodology):

- Define, develop and maintain a methodical Stakeholder Analysis

- Define, develop and execute a change management plan targeting IT Support personnel and End Users that they engage and adapt to the new model

- Define develop and maintain a Communications Plan

- Collaborating with project stakeholders as required in order to plan, define and execute stakeholder analysis and targeted communications

Requirements/Must Haves: -

- PROSCI and ADKAR experience/certification

- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility required (very strong personal skills)
- Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organization change (multitasking skills)

- Fluent in English (very good, written and spoken, native/fluent speaker preferred)

- 3 to 5 years of experience in full life cycle of two or more Organizational Change Management projects in a complex Matrix environment

- Development and implementation of Communication Plans and Change Management Plans and Experience with PROSCI

- Project Management Certification, ITIL certification

- A demonstrated ability to manage internal project team stakeholders in addition to end users, business stakeholders and operational teams is important

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required as a critical success factor for this role as is the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
