For a 12 months project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced local

German speaking IT Project/Program Manager - Application Delivery (4123)

Your Qualifications:
- 8+ experience as a IT Project or Program Manager for large scale projects in software / applications areas (3+ Mio CHF) with end-to-end project scope
- Experience in global companies within the financial industry
- 3+ years experience in Agile software development in a global environment
- Solid know-how and experience with SDLC
- Experience with client-facing applications (e.g. online banking) or channels / workbenches (e.g. applications used by client advisors)
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment within an international organizations a plus
- Familiar with vendor management, creating RFP and the vendor selection process a plus
- PMI / PMP certified (or similar a plus)
- Fluent in English and German (oral/written)

Your Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of an IT project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Collaborate and align with the program managers and requirement provider
- Ensuring requirements are effectively analyzed, assigned and efficiently delivered
- Work with vendor or offshore development team for project delivery
- Identify and manage stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish communication channels and collaboration
- Providing the stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information regarding the project status
- Functional management of the project team in a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Ensuring compliance with principles and standards
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for the assigned applications and projects
- Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation
