PMO/Management Support with fluent German wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Expertise working with Excel
- Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Detail oriented, organized with structured, methodical planning skills
- Conscientious and resilient character
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Languages: German and English fluent verbally and written
Your tasks:
- Supporting Capability Leads and Line Managers in operational and daily business activities
- Maintaining a Financial Framework (financials, controlling functions)
- Managing a contract portfolio in regards of invoicing, splitting and coding
- Providing support to the management in on and off-boarding of new resources (approvals, contracting eg)
- Updating organizational changes in processes and systems
- Providing organizational services and support related to working infrastructure and equipment
