For an eight month project at our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSupporter - Translation Tools (60%) (4033)
We are looking for a candidate who will carry out all support tasks by the agreed deadline and in a professional manner in accordance with LS quality standards.
Your Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the translation environment
- Flair for technology
- Skills and initial job experience in CAT and translation tools
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English and German, other languages would be an asset
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting in-house and external translators with problems with STAR tools
- Work preparation (formatting, PDF conversion)
- Post-processing (adapting layouts)
- Maintenance of the reference material
- Supporting the search for STAR James solutions in the event of error messages
- Recording errors and drawing up change requests
- Contact for all types of technical problems of the department
- Drawing up documentation for internal and / or external use (manuals, one-pagers, etc.)
- Maintain client contact at the correct hierarchical level
- Undergo ongoing personal training and maintain internal knowledge about developments and in the translation tool area generally
