Administrative Business Partner wanted for our Zurich based client the IT Software sector. Your experience/skills: Bachelor's degree or several years of equivalent experience Strong background in supporting a senior level executive Knowledge in calendar management, high volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events Experience in communicating with Executives and Government officials Languages: fluent English both written and spoken Your tasks: Providing strategic support such as evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues with manager's guidance Interacting with high level executives and performing flawlessly and professionally in a fast paced environment Performing a wide range of administrative tasks (managing calendar, booking extensive international travels from A to Z, facilities and equipment, as well as process expenses for multiple managers) Start: Duration: 6 MM++ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH 9317 Does that sound interesting?
