Senior Project Coordinator
Tasks:
- F2F Meeting Support: Assist with the design, planning and documentation of 1-2 F2F meetings Cross Program Coordination:
- Identification of key areas of coordination and synergies with other programs and business functions (e.g., IDMP, TARIS, etc.)
- Engaging with business, informatics and other program stakeholders to enable optimal coordination PMO Processes & Documentation:
- PMO objectives & cadence
- Status reporting information needs, templates and processes (e.g Project Reports (Clarity))
- Monitor workstreams’ statuses and report back to LT
- Manage meetings and capture RAID and maintain program project plan
- Document key program and workstream level milestones over the next one to two years or as long as the program is planned to operate
- Visual description of the roadmap digestible for business leaders
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a multinational company in an IT Project environment using structured project management processes
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
- CSV work experience and experience in working in an IT Quality environment
- Excellent English language skills
Nice to Haves:
- Project Management certification (PMP or similar)
