Service Desk Supporter
Experis Switzerland is searching for a Service Desk Supporter to join one of their clients, a global company based in Zurich. This exciting 6 month contracting opportunity is only open to candidates with relevant experience with First Level IT Support and having fluent English and German.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 month contract + Extension planned
Key Requirements:
* Providing 1st and 2nd Level IT Support via Telephone, Email, Remote tools and on-site
* Creating tickets in the Service Management tool, eg. BMC Remedy.
* Forwarding incidents and service requests which cannot be resolved by the IT Service Desk to the responsible IT Team in line with the process specifications
* Education: ITIL v2/3, MCST, MCSA, MCSE, etc.
* Apprenticeship in IT or occupational ICT certificate or equivalent degree
