SAP HCI Integration Architect
BRINE SA is currently looking for an Integration Architect for the following role:
Scope
-
Build, testing & delivery on Integration between Successfactors and other Global/Local HR and Non HR Systems (mainly testing for 500+ Local interfaces)
Global HR Systems: SAP HR, PY, Kronos Time, CSOD Learning, Concur, FieldGlass
Global non-HR: SAP ERP, Identity Management, Active Directory. SSO, etc.
Dimensions:

Planned vs Actual - scope & timeline for Integration deliverables

Integration Quality: number of issues found during end user testing, after go-live
Required Qualifications - Training/Certification
Must-Have: In the role of Integration Architect, atleast 5 years of experience in a consulting firm with atleast 3 complete (Design to GoLive) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central with HCI/Bhoomi as Middleware to integrate with SAP HR/PY/ERP of which atleast 1 should be with HCI
HR Transformation Programs at global scale - 100,000 + employees, 100+ countries
Must-Have: Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Platform, APis; SAP HCI Training
Nice-to-Have:
SAP HCI certification
Key Skills
Build Methodology, Templates and Tools for optimal management of key deliverables (HD)
Advise, educate and guide others on SF technology and methodology (HD)
Effective verbal and written Communication skills in English (HD)
Presenting technical topics to non- technical audience (HD)
Knowledge
Latest functionalities, best practices, configuration life cycle management, DOS & donts in:

Responsibilities
Act as Backup & Deputy for Integration Lead
Consolidate integration related requirements from across processes and guide them in describing these requirements
Provide integration specifications for setup of Middleware and SAP HR/PY/ERP
Provide guidance/setup configuration of standard HCI Integration packages for SuccessFactors
Functional owner for SuccessFactors Integration Centre, HCI/PI integration packages, SuccessFactors API monitoring
Map SuccessFactors Suite To-Be Data Model to SAP HR/PY As-ls Data Model
Educate/Guide/Share with intemal project team on best practices, methodology, tools for integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems
Deliverables
Detailed Plan to deliver Integration related deliverables
Integration Testing & Quality Approach
Integration Monitoring Approach
Integration software change/Release management
HCI - SF Package configuration Approach
Approach for Integration landscape evolution between Wavel (113rd of countries going live with SF Suite in Sep 2018) and Wave2 (213rd of countries going live with SF Suite in Q4 2019) while most countries are already in SF Performance & Succession and some on SF Comp & Variable Pay.
Integration Requirements, Specifications, Test Scripts, Test Results
As-Is to To-Be Data Mapping file
Integrated related project management deliverables (detailed plan, issues/risks register, status report)
Integration support (to support testing and live) organization

Program Objective: Simplify, Standardize and Share (activities above country level) HR end to end processes enabled by automation through latest technology.
