For a project at our client, an international banking company in Zurich, we are looking for a

Senior Project Manager – General Counsel (3932)

In this position, you will be part of a small and highly motivated team within the General Counsel COO Office that focuses on helping the Bank mitigating risks by supporting regulatory initiatives and by running GC systems projects. For this, you will be in direct contact with Senior Stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Several years’ experience in end-to-end delivery of projects (incl. planning, quality/risk control, interfacing with IT Team and budget ownership)
- At least 3 years’ of experience in managing projects, preferably within a financial institution
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suit, especially Power Point and Excel (formulas, pivot tables …)
- Practical experience in Project Portfolio Management and Project Status Reporting
- Open and communicative personality
- Fluent in English with good German language knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and highly client oriented attitude

Responsibilities:
- Amend existing project status reporting (PSR) templates, processes and tools in order to report GC’s project activities periodically to Senior Management
- Perform pilot with selected projects and GC stakeholders
- Roll-out PSR solution worldwide (several waves)
- Ensure proper hand-over of PSR to BAU
- Act as ad-interim project management for selected projects (presumably in the document/matter management area)
- Responsibility for work stream or full project

As there are a few new projects in the pipeline the final project assignment is not yet decided. Therefore we have ask the candidate for flexibility when it comes to specific projects. Most likely the project will have IT interface
