French/English Speaking Desktop Support Engineer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a French/English speaking Desktop Support Engineer to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious customers in Geneva Switzerland.
This is working two days a week Tuesday and Thursday with the potential to be on site additional days.
As a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Set-up
- Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes, and De-installations ("IMACD")
- Hardware Break-Fix
- Software Break-Fix
- Smart Hands
- Logistics
- Stock management
- On Site backup/restore - Dispatch -
- Disposal
- Replacement Device and SWAP
- Business Technology Centre and
- On-site client rollout
- Incident Coordination and Remote Control Resolution
