Administrative Business Partner wanted for our Zurich based client the IT Software sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree or several years of equivalent experience
- Strong background in supporting a senior level executive
- Knowledge in calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events
- Experience in communicating with Executives and Government officials
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing strategic support such as evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues with manager's guidance
- Interacting with high-level executives and performing flawlessly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Performing a wide range of administrative tasks (managing calendar, booking extensive international travels from A to Z, facilities and equipment, as well as process expenses for multiple managers)
