I am looking for a Service Management Functional Owner to complement existing team to bring functional expertise in the incident, Change and Release Management:
Main Responsibilties:
- Support incident, change and release process manager with incident and change managers and their teams as well as other stakeholders
- Provide support on the process and tools to the customer care team as well as the change and release teams
- Document functional requirements to enable implementation of new enhancements and fixes
- Deliver functional specifications and test scripts for each of features to be configured
- Contribute to the delivery of standard routines and Learning & Training material
