Network Engineer
1. Assist in providing technical support to end users of IT network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure organisation-wide.
2. Familiar with supporting Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN devices and loadbalancers
3. Assist in ensuring the prompt resolution of escalated faults and requests from the service desk.
4. Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and ensure that agreed SLAs are achieved.
5. Assist in setting up and maintaining network management system tools to ensure network devices are constantly monitored.
6. Assist in setting up and executing technical test plans for device modification, new deployment and upgrades.
7. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of escalated issues and resolution status (ie a detailed maintenance schedule).
8. Monitor infrastructure performance and recommend adjustments to ensure optimal response time.
9. Liaise with the service desk to ensure infrastructure related incidents are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner in compliance with Service Level Agreements.
10. Attend team/divisional/departmental meetings as required.
11. Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports .

15. Implement and support audit and compliance regulations as per requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
2.At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry working and 3 years of experience with Network devices (eg Cisco, Juniper, Huawei), F relevant operation experience.
3. work experience with F5 loadbalancers
4. work experience with Fortinet and Checkpoint Firewalls
5. Good knowledge to work with network monitoring and configuration tools
6. Experience in complex,large-scale IT system operation service delivery.
7. Preferably Cisco CCNP level of certification.
8. Familiar with ITIL key processes like incident, change, problem, capacity management
9.Excellent communication skill and team player.
10.Fluent English communication skills
