For a six months project of our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for severalJunior/Senior 2nd Level Supporters (3877)
You will be working in a team of software application supporters, providing day-to-day support to users all around the world
Your qualifications:
-2 - 3 years experience working in IT, ideally within a financial organization
-Proven track record of high performance in a service orientated environment
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Experience with Unix (e.g. extracting data, searching logs, checking processes)
-Experience with SQL querying (Oracle / Microsoft SQL)
-Fluent in English, German in addition an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
-Actively identifying knowledge, performance and quality gaps within the team and addressing them using hands-on face-to-face coaching
-Leading major incidents to ensure that incidents which may have an adverse impact are appropriately escalated and resolved
-Driving improvements across software applications including monitoring and automation
