HR Specialist
HR Specialist Job in Basel, Switzerland
An international banking client are looking for a HR Specialist to support their trainee and apprenticeship programme. It is a 9 months assignment is based in Basel.
Fluency in German is required for this role
This role will involve:
- Supervision of trainees and trainers practice
- Supervision of the corresponding region regarding youth programs
- Ensuring the successful cooperation between line, practice trainers and trainees
- Recruitment of learners
- Organising events and training
- Ensuring the quality and quantity of training places
- Performance and management
- Employee relations
The role would be ideally suited to a well rounded HR professional with minimum 3 years professional experience, someone who can manage employee training and development as well as employee relations. Please not fluent German is required for this role.
